When to expect a reply: we aim to answer within three working days. Messages that report a factual error are looked at first.
What to include
- A question about a result: the birth date, time and place you entered and the score you saw. Birth details are not stored on our side, so we cannot look them up.
- A mistake on a page: the address of the page and the sentence that is wrong. Corrections are described on the About page.
- A bug: what you did, what you expected, and the device and browser you used.
- A privacy request: see the Privacy Policy for what we hold, which is very little.
Quick answers
- Why does my score differ from another website’s?
- Calculators differ on a few partial scores (Tara, Vashya, Yoni and Gana) and on the birth time and time zone they assume. The methodology page lists exactly where this tool differs.
- My birthplace is not found.
- Type the town and pick it from the suggestions that appear. If several towns share a name, add the state or country.
- Is my data stored?
- No. Birth details are used once to calculate the result and then discarded.
- Can I use or quote your guides?
- You are welcome to link to any page and to quote a sentence or two with a link back. Please do not republish whole guides, tables or readings elsewhere without asking first.
- Can you tell me whether we should marry?
- No one can. The score is traditional guidance, so talk it over with your family and, if you wish, an astrologer.
What we cannot do
We do not offer personal readings, consultations or remedies, and we cannot say whether a particular match is right for you. For that, ask your family and a priest or astrologer you trust.
